Return and Refund Policy

At LUF Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've created this return and exchange process to make your experience as effortless as possible!

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There is a 30% restocking fee for each return.

All online order returns, refunds and exchanges must be made through our returns process through our customer service team via support@lufgifts.com or you can give us a call or send SMS at 1-(888) 349-0327.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

  1. To begin the returns process, please send an email to our customer service support team at support@lufgifts.com with your Name, Order Number, Picture of the defective product/incorrect item and reason for return/refund. 
  2. As soon as we receive the request, our customer service team will review the order and will provide feedback within the next 24-48 hours.
  3. If the order qualifies as approved for return/refund, our team will be sending you a return label to your email address. 
  4. Package your return using the return label from our customer service team and drop off at a USPS facility. You need to use the return label sent by our customer service team. Do not send returns to the original address.
  5. You will be notified when your return has been received at our warehouse. Once received, we can do one of the following options:


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Damaged or Defective Item

If you receive a damaged or defective items, please email our support team. Include a photo of the damaged or defective item.

We will send a replacement if the wrong item received, or there's a mistake with the engravings. Just provide us a photo of the wrong item or mistake as proof. There's no need for you to return the item in question, you may dispose or keep it as you wish.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that a refund for a return item is subject to a 30% restocking fee. You are also responsible to pay for the return shipping fee. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or different item of the same value, send us an email at support@lufgifts.com  and we will send you instruction on how to go about it.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product using the return label provided by us to: 

LUF Gifts, 3650 Research Way Ste. 22, NV 89706 in order for a refund to be issued. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
